After your MT4 or MT5 trading account is set up, we send its login details to your registered email address in an email titled “New MT4 / MT5 Live Account.” If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also resend the details through the Ultima Markets App.
The email contains your trading account number, password, and Ultima Markets server information.
Resend your login details in the App
You need an existing MT4 or MT5 trading account to use this option.
- Log in to the Ultima Markets App.
- Tap Profile, then Security.
- Select Login Details.
- Choose the MT4 or MT5 trading account whose details you need.
- Tap Send Now.
The login details for the selected trading account will be sent to your registered email address.
If the email still does not arrive
- Check the inbox and spam or junk folder of your registered email address.
- Make sure you selected the correct trading account before tapping Send Now.
- If you still cannot find the email, contact Customer Support for help.
