Your Ultima Markets UM Social Copy Trading performance fee is calculated at the end of each settlement period, according to the schedule selected by your signal provider. The fee appears as a separate entry in your trading account history.
When are performance fees settled?
Your signal provider selects daily, weekly or monthly settlement. Check the settlement frequency before subscribing.

All times use server time:
- GMT+2 during non-daylight saving time.
- GMT+3 during daylight saving time.
Payments to the signal provider are issued within 1–2 working days after settlement is completed.
Which fee rate applies if my signal provider changes the rate?
Your signal provider may adjust the performance fee rate.
- New followers: The updated rate applies from its effective date.
- Existing followers: Your current rate applies until the ongoing settlement period ends. The updated rate applies from the next settlement period.
What happens to outstanding fees if I unsubscribe?
Performance fees earned on profits realised before you unsubscribe remain payable.
Any outstanding performance fee is settled according to the applicable settlement process. Unsubscribing does not cancel or delay these deductions.
What happens if I withdraw while copied positions are open?
If your copied trading has generated a profit, the system may reserve part of that profit for the performance fee.
The reserved amount depends on:
- Your applicable performance fee rate.
- The profit generated at the time of withdrawal.
Where can I check performance fee deductions?
Review your trading account history regularly to track performance fee deductions. Each deduction appears as a separate entry.
